How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings > your name (Apple Account) > Subscriptions > Hoshy Premium > Cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store refunds — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're not able to issue App Store refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, habits, photos, journal, and other content from our servers and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what's deleted.
How do I report a user or content?
You can block anyone from your friends list. To report content or behaviour, email us with the username and what happened — we review every report and act where needed.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email us and we'll send you a copy of your data within one month, as described in our Privacy Policy.
